Razer Introducing Blade Stealth & Razer Core


Razer has officially revealed its latest and greatest product, as well as the latest member joining the Blade family, the Blade Stealth, delivering a brand new Ultrabook for gamers that offers "Ultra-portability, Maximum Performance and Unbeatable Value".

The Blade Stealth features 12.5-inch Quad-HD or Ultra-HD IGZO touchscreen, Intel Core i7-6500U Dual-core processor with Hyper Threading clocked at 2.5GHz (Turbo boost up to 3.1GHz), Intel HD Graphics 520, 8GB LPDDR3 RAM, up to 512GB SSD (PCIe M.2), 2MP webcam, USB-C with Thunderbolt 3 support, two USB 3.0 and HDMI port, Built-in 45Wh battery, and Windows 10.

The Ultrabook comes in 13.1mm thin and weighs 1.25 kg, with TPM 2.0 for security, stereo speakers with Dolby Digital Plus Home Theater Edition, Chroma keyboard with individually backlit keys, as well as the Razer Core, which is an external desktop graphics enclosure that supports both AMD and NVIDIA, with four USB 3.0, Thunderbolt 3, and Gigabit Ethernet ports. 


According to Razer "Before today, gamers needed a portable system for everyday work and a separate desktop computer to power their PC games at the highest level possible," The company continued "For the first time ever, there is no need for two separate systems. The Razer Blade Stealth offers the portability of an Ultrabook with the scalability to play hardcore games with desktop graphics performance thanks to the Razer Core". 

The Razer Blade Stealth is now available to purchase starting at $999, while the Razer Core is expected to be released in the first half of 2016. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on the Core's pricing.
