Apple Releases iOS 10.1 Beta 2


Following the release of iOS 10.1 Beta 1 couple weeks ago, the company has officially launched a brand new build of its latest and greatest mobile operating system, iOS 10.1 Beta 2 build number 14B67, to developers for download and testing.

The second beta build of iOS 10.1 brings some new features as well as other enhancements like:

  • An issue caused Notes to quit unexpectedly has been fixed (Toggle Notes off, then on, in Settings > iCloud)
  • The Messages App Drawer has been tweaked with a new scroll bar at the bottom, and no longer includes dots to represent each app installed
  • It's no longer possible to drag and drop stickers when using Split View mode on an iPad that supports it
  • Performance enhancements
  • Stability improvements
  • Bug fixes
iOS 10.1 Beta 2 is now rolling out as a free update through Software Update or via iOS Dev Center for registered developers.
